3. Payments and Refunds
3.1 Payment Terms
All services provided by StriveBeam Private Limited require an upfront payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in any form. Payment is due before project commencement or service activation.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment gateways as indicated on our website. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your financial information is protected at all costs.
3.3 Invoices and Receipts
A detailed invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation. Receipts are sent electronically to the email address provided during the payment process.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of the service.
- Significant service delivery issues caused by StriveBeam Private Limited measured under a set criteria based on the project proposal.
- Cancellation of a project before any work has commenced.
3.5 Non-Refundable Services
- Services that are fully or partially completed are non-refundable.
- Monthly subscriptions or retainers for digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, or social media management) are non-refundable once the service period has started.
3.6 Refund Requests
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
- Requests should include the reason for the refund and any relevant documentation or proof.
3.7 Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
3.8 Cancellations
- Clients may cancel ongoing projects or services by providing a written notice at least 14 days in advance.
- For cancellations of prepaid services, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
- StriveBeam Private Limited reserves the right to cancel services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or other valid reasons. In such cases, the client will be notified in writing.
3.9 Disputes and Chargebacks

- Chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in termination of services and legal action if deemed fraudulent.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
